Used in salads or as a garnish. Endive is rich in vitamins and easy to grow.

Broad Leaved Batavian - 85 days. Upright broad plants. Outer leaves are smooth, dark green and less susceptible to basal rot. Closely bunched centre leaves blanch to a nice creamy yellow.
