Used in salads or as a garnish. Endive is rich in vitamins and easy to grow.

Green Curled - 95 days. A much improved large green curled variety. Up to 38 cm (15") in diameter. Outer leaves are dark green, deeply cut and fringed. The heart blanches to a creamy white, and is very sweet and tender. Store in a cool spot, binding the outer leaves to keep the centre white.
