Parsley - Hamburg Rooted

Can be grown in shade, sun or pots indoors, for year round supply of fresh produce. Approximately 350 seeds / gram.

Hamburg Rooted - 85 days. Principally grown for the parsnip like root of white flesh. Used for flavouring soups and stews. Slender roots are 15 cm [6"] and longer, and are 5 cm [2"] thick at the neck. Stores well over winter.
