Is It Genuine?

To confirm that you have a genuine Microsoft Windows operating system, the package will contain one of two COA labels. If there is a blue and green label, there will be a transparent porthole near the right edge of the label. If the packaging contains an orange label, two transparent portholes should appear in the middle of the label. Individual paper fibers will be visible around the inside edges of the portholes of both types of labels. These COAs contain an interwoven metallic thread with well-defined letters that run through the center of each porthole.

This is a full OEM version, it does not upgrade from your previous Windows. It requires full installation, no floppy disk required, set to CDROM bootable, simply insert the Windows disk, follow the instructions .

Microsoft's Distribution Agreement for System Builders states that OEM software must be distributed with either a fully assembled computer system or a nonperipheral computer hardware component. In accordance with Microsoft, and eBay's policy for listing an OEM item, your purchase will include an applicable hardware component.

Return Policy
Returns are excepted on unopened items only. There are no exceptions to this rule. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Manufacturer warranties apply to most of our items. Please email us for an RMA number for all returns. Our shipping department cannot accept any returns without a valid RMA number. Returns must include a detailed describing your issues as well as your ebay id and auction number or we will not be able to process your return.

Warranty and Return Policy

Return Terms
All warranty terms are posted in each auction listing. Dead on Arrival items must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the defective product so that an RMA can be issued. We will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued.

Replacement merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt in the original packaging
Returns are carefully inspected and must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the device is determine not to be defective
All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
Return Procedures

Please send an email to ebay@pc-people.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
