Azora is a small Kennel of four to six adult shelties, with only one or two planned litters a year. All my dogs are first and foremost mine and my families pets, and are included in all family activities. Puppies are also born and raised in our home alongside our four children this interaction makes for a well adjusted and socialized dog.

A few years ago I became involved with developing a new line of Shelties, with the help of my good friend Lilian Laufer. (Caralil Perm. Reg,d ) Starting with with one male and two females we hope to establish healthy dogs, excellent temperaments, sound movement and bodies. The initial resulting puppies show great promise, with two champions, and puppy groups from two litters.

I am active in both conformation and obedience, and to date have received six champions (three were home bred) with group BPIS wins. Obedience titles are also earned at Azora.

My favourite colours are blue merles, bi-blues, tri's and bi-blacks, only occasionally do I have a litter of sable's.

Azoras' goal is to breed Shelties that are easy to live with, and conform as close as possible to the Breed Standard, taking pride in raising beautiful home companions and lifetime friends which are placed in carefully selected homes.
