You can report a problem or
make a suggestion to TMG by
sending e-mail to support@tmgdatasystems.com
with a subject of "TMG
Problem Report" or "TMG
Suggestion".
A problem report should
begin with:

The operating system
you're using
-
The version of database
application that you're
using (must be the latest)
-
A brief description of the
problem
-
Things you've already
tried to solve the problem
The problem report should
then have a detailed, step
by step description of the
procedure you use to
reproduce a problem. Each
step of the procedure should
itemize a single option
change, a single mouse
action, or any other single
action. The procedure should
be of the form:

Launch Work Order
Application
-
Open Work Order Search
form.

Select "Denver" from City
and "BCL" from Customer
drop down list.

Left click on Search
button.
-
Recordset should return 10
results but only returns 3
records.

Records returned are
record 1,3,7 however
2,4,5,6,8,9,10 are
missing.
Please note that any e-mail
larger than 2 MBytes is
automatically discarded by
our e-mail server, so if you
have any large files, please
upload them somewhere and
send a URL that points to
these files in your problem
report. Alternately zip the
files into a zip archive of
2 MB or less.
Please note also that the
heavy volume of e-mail makes
it impractical to keep track
of multiple e-mails about
the same problem, and that
each problem report needs to
be completely contained in a
single e-mail. Each e-mailed
problem report should only
describe a single problem.
