In this case, you might create a Company record once followed by 30 employee records. Rather than having to re-type the company name, the Company can easily be selected from a drop down list in the employee form.       4. DBMS   DBMS stands for Database Management System. As the name implies, a DBMS is a collection of tools or software which allows people to develop, maintain, deploy, manage and support databases.
