"To the Distinguished Members of the Angola Memorial Scholarships,

Warm Greetings!

Please, allow me to congratulate and thank you for the effort that until now you have extended to Angola and especially to the church of men and women able to secure their own destiny; this puts education on a level to eradicate illiteracy which is one of the obstacles to the understanding of various phenomena created by God.

Concerning the assistance we received from your assembly, we were able to reopen teaching programs in certain areas [to which refugees are returning]. The schools are full in numbers and in many cases beyond our capacity to accept the number of those in need of education. As previously communicated to you the following are the churches where teachers will be contemplacted with the help received:
The Church of Mazozo, the Church of Catete, the Church of Caxito Kitongola, the Church of Sumbe, the Church of Piri, the Church of Central Uije.

Permitam-me lhes felicite e agradeça pelos esforços que até ao momento tendes feito no sentido dotar Angola espeicalmente a Igreja de homens e mulheres capazes de assegurar o seu próprio destino e isto passa por manter a instrução au nível da irradicão do analfabetismo um dos obstáculos maior a compreensão dos fenómenos no mundo criado por Deus.

Relativamente ao apoio que recebemos de vossa assembleia, foi-nos possível reabrirmos o programa de ensino em algumas areas, que estão conhecendo já o retorno de alguns populares. Na afluência as escolas tem sido grande e com uma concorrência que nalguns casos ultrapassam as nossas capacidades de albergar o número de necessitados. Como já nos referimos anteriormente estas são as igrejas cujos professores serão contemplados com as ajudas recebidas:

Igreja de Mazozo; Igreja de Catete; Ingreja de Caxito Kitongola; Igreja do Sumbe; Igreja do Piri; Igreja Central do Uíge.
