Our Outdoor Soccer Registration dates are as follows:

- Saturday, March 3 from Noon - 3 PM
- Tuesday, March 6 from 6 - 8 PM
- Thurs, March 8 from 6 - 8 PM

All registration will be at the Hairsine Community Hall.

*Absolute Requirement:*

You will need a valid Community League Membership. Without this, we are not able to register your child for any sport or activity within the community.
If you like, you can a registration form from www.hairsine.ca website, fill it out in full, and bring *2 copies* of the completed form with you to the registration to speed up the registration process. One copy will be for the soccer program records, the other copy will be certified by the Soccer Director as your receipt for tax purposes.

*NOTE: Registrations received after the final registration date will only be accepted on an "if we can reasonably accommodate" basis, and will be subject to the Regular Registration Fee listed below. Please contact the Soccer Director for placement availability. *

To register your child, the following requirements must be met:*

· must have a current Community League Membership (available for purchase for $25)
· must provide proof of child's age (child's Alberta Health Care number or birth certificate)
· must sign up for 1 volunteer commitment per household

*You may need up to 4 cheques:*
1 for Community League membership per household ($25.00 cash or cheque)
1 per family for registration fee (cash or cheque)
1 per family for Uniform deposit ($75.00)
1 for Volunteer Commitment (***$200.00 ***deposit per household).

"*Cheques only*" accepted for this Volunteer Commitment and Uniform deposit.

Please DO NOT date cheques for Volunteer Commitments or Uniform .

*** It is mandatory that all children, regardless of age, wear shin pads during practices and games. ***

Refund Policy:

Registration fees are non-refundable after March 25,2012. No refunds after this date. Community memberships are not refundable.

Processing fee of $25.00 will be charged on all NSF cheques, and your child will be suspended from playing soccer. You will be marked as "In bad Standing" with EMSA until registration fees (including processing fees) are paid in full.
Season is tentatively set to begin on April 29, 2012

KidSport
We believe that no kid should be left on the sidelines and all should be given the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sports. KidSport™ provides support to children in order to remove financial barriers that prevent them from playing organized sport. Apply for funding during registration.
